On-Hold CD’s
Does your phone system have already built-in audio CD capabilities? Or, do you just want to burn a CD with enough programs to last the whole year? In either case, we can help!
Some newer phone systems allow the use of an audio CD, so there is no need for additional equipment. There are also computer phone systems that use .wav audio tracks from a CD to build an on-hold message program that can easily be changed. This usually requires the recording of a number of individual tracks for all occasions and seasons. Whereas the basic audio CD has the whole program burned as just one basic track that can repeat.
If you want to get started and presently have no hardware you can either go with burning CD’s or with a digital playback unit that stores cassette programs onto a microchip and plays them back from memory.
We can customize your messages based on information you provide us, or we can write your messages for you. Or, you can write your own script and we’ll produce complete with appropriate background music.
Cost for a basic CD that can play from a standard "boom box" or CD player is $25/per message (w/greetings NOT counted as a message). Plus a flat $40 production charge each time you place an order.
So, a three minute CD that contains a complete on-hold program of 5 different topics would run just $125, plus $40 for production.
